3 Steps to Myspace Success

ok, so being famous on myspace is all about the numbers...NOT about being a good musician...there are 3 major statistics that EVERY band needs to boost in order to be "successful" on myspace

1. Get More Plays

I think that everybody knows how important plays are...but I would like to emphasize how UN-important plays are...anybody can get plays. and just cuz you get 10,000 plays a day, doesn't mean 10,000 of those plays brought joy to the listeners...you could just be a good promoter...which is why you are here :)

2. Get More Friends

Friends are a little bit more tricky than getting plays, because unlike plays, you can't pad this stat with people who hate your music - you can trick somebody into giving you a play, you cannot trick sombody into accepting a friend request.

3. Get More Comments

This is probably the most overlooked statistic on your myspace page - it is not located right at the top of ur page like the music player is, and most people don't pay any attention to how many comments you have...except for venues and record lables.
